Just a stone’s throw from the Grand Place, Feux de Bengale is more than a restaurant — it’s a journey into the heart of India’s rich culinary heritage. What began as a heartfelt wish by Shafilt Bandali to share the authentic flavors of home with friends, has now blossomed into one of Brussels’ most beloved Indian dining experiences.

From its humble beginnings, Feux de Bengale has brought a taste of India’s empire-era elegance to the present day. At the entrance, a charming bar opens into a warmly lit Victorian-style hall. Further in, a beautifully adorned Gujarati tent evokes the mystery of Northwest India. The ambiance is cozy, enhanced by paintings of the Rajasthan desert and evocative scenes from the legendary Palace of a Thousand and One Nights.

Food is at the heart of everything we do. Our friendly staff, including culinary expert Harun Malek from Bengal, welcome you with a smile and a deep understanding of Indian cuisine. Harun masterfully blends up to 24 different spices to bring our dishes to life.
